The first couple of hits are spicy in the back of the throat... but not unpleasantly so. The high settles into your eyelids and sits upon your forehead with surprising speed. I find this strain to be supremely relaxing and soothing without it being an anesthetic, MC1 is far too strong to be considered mere “wind-down weed,” however. The high progresses to a really easy, talkative, care-free state that lasts for quite some time. I’m a several bowl a day smoker ...& I get a good couple hours out of a bowl, with a very mild and easy come-down.
